dnf somewhere in chapter 6.
i gave this book a chance i really did. i had no problem with what it was based off but i did have a problem with the 19 year age gap. i tried to give the fmc the benefit of the doubt but honestly if this were revered i probably wouldn’t even pick up the book.
let’s get into the reason i gave this a one star, before engaging in a romantic relationship with the mmc, the fmc made several comments and had several thoughts of comparing the mmc to a child. i tried to excuse this with her insecurity of the age gap but i drew the line when they started their romantic relationship and the fmc continued to think and say these kinds of things, especially before intimate acts. honestly the fmc was giving me predator vibes.
i would not recommend this book.
