Not sure how it’s possible, but this second book is even better than the first! It threw wide the view of the world RJ Barker created and introduced us to in The Bone Ships, adding higher stakes, weaving new politics, and slowly bringing in more myth and mystery. I’m not sure how I’ll be able to wait for e conclusion to this incredible trilogy.
