Ayden got the shitty end of the shit stick. Devin was such a fucking dick in high school, and yeah, he might have been having it rough but he was a complete ass who then disappeared, leaving Ayden to pick up the pieces. Then, when Ayden is temporarily out of the picture (should he have left like that? No, but Devin did the same thing and worse to the fmc), he comes back and surprise! Everything is forgiven and then Ayden gets cheated on, walks in on it, and then fucking kills himself? I had to dnf after his suicide bc like what the fuck lol how am I supposed to empathize with either of the two mcs after this. Ayden deserved more I just cannot lmao
