You will NOT find a friends to lovers story that is better than this one. It’s literally impossible. This beautiful story set the bar so high, no other story will be able to reach it.
Both Gianna and Riley were fantastic characters. They both experienced so much growth, it’s honestly inspiring. There were two moments in this book that were insanely embarrassing for me as the reader, but those are also two of my most favorite parts of the book because of how great the writing was. Also, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a better example of excellent communication. The miscommunication trope upsets me greatly, and though there is some miscommunication here, the payoff is so good that I didn’t even notice. Genuinely.

I am at a loss for words. I giggled so much at this book. It was over 500 pages long, but I honestly wish it was longer. Gianna and Riley are my favorite fictional couple of all time and I will die on that hill. Thank you, and goodnight.
