I have to be honest, the first few chapters of this book got me thinking: "Ok where the heck is this thing going?"

I'll tell you where it went (or what it did).

It took me on a heartbreakingly romantic ride that made me question why I haven't met my 6'3 hot hockey captain who loves me and my f-ed life unconditionally, and is more than willing to fight his inner demons by go to therapy for himself and our relationship because he wants to feel worthy of me.

So thank you, Peyton Corinne for making me realize what it truly means to be loved and that no man in my life will ever live up to the Rhys Maximillian Koteskiy standard in just 360 pages.

And if you're a reader (or better yet, a hockey romance enthusiast) and you're contemplating on picking this book up, DO IT. I'M TELLING YOU RIGHT NOW. DO. IT. And I mean that in the most loving, most gentle way possible. 😄
