3.5 stars, though I might raise it to 4 after I've let it settle in my brain a bit. I really like the characters and Contreras's world, which she sprinkles with reality and timely pop-culture references. Why I didn't love it more:

Once again, good or bad, it just felt tooo real. Like Mia, I had a hard time forgiving Jensen, even though he technically didn't do anything wrong. My heart feels heavy after finishing the book, and while that is likely what others want at the end, I just want happy goodness. Clearly I'm in the minority.
