Goodnight Punpun, Vol. 1 by Inio Asano

5.0

I am rereading the Goodnight Punpun series for the first time in about 4-5 years, and between anthropomorphic birds depicting domestic abuse, the disembodied head of god instructing characters to kill, and nearly every adult seemingly becoming members of a limb-flailingly-flamboyant cult... it is precisely as deranged as I had remembered. And needless t say, I will be devouring through the entire series as quickly as humanly (or birdishly?) as possible.
