I'm am sure that for loads of people out there this is a 5 star read, but I am not one of them.
I read it as required reading and not for enjoyment and my star rating reflects that. This genre of book is simply not for me and I do not feel like I had any really great takeaways from it, it felt like the same common sense rhetoric being rehashed 12 different ways. Maybe for people such a granular break down of "Don't be a self-serving jerk who relies on their position/power when leading" but this seems rather self-evident.
