I am SO creeped out by how plausible and scary this sounds. Set sometime in the near future, The Marriage Act explores what it could mean for both individuals and the society as a whole, if the government started monitoring our relationships and marriages at a minute level and if Artificial Intelligence was given free reign to judge and find solutions to any major or minor marital issue/disagreement! The story follows four couples and how they're navigating through life after the "Sanctity of Marriage Act" becomes a norm .
A very unique and smart thriller, unlike anything I've read before, and one that I'll definitely be thinking about. Also, I really need to check out the author's backlist!
