had to read this for an assignment but it’s was stunning. the underlying feminism is fantastic - and the way it talks about how women have different situations but they can be happy where they are, the idea of feminism is giving them a CHOICE.
my only complaint is that some stories were unnecessary and extremely short, and the writing wasn’t ~that~ incredible but overall a fantastic introduction to angeles mastretta and latin american books.
