Scotch and Shortbread by August Lindsay

This is the perfect book to sit in your favourite chair, with your favourite drink, under a blanket and read.
It gives all the snowy Christmassy vibes set in a Canadian mountain town. Just what you’d imagine the perfect Christmas place to be like! But don’t let all the cozy goodness fool you, it’s got some pretty hot spice too!!
I do enjoy the forced proximity trope and we also have a not quite enemies to lovers trope going on but something close, I just wouldn’t call them enemies exactly.
Alex sounds so incredibly hunky and I’m not gonna lie, I am a sucker for accents! If you also love a man in uniform then Alex is the trifecta!!!
But we need to talk about Quinn. The absolute take no crap miss sassy pants!! I adore her and her backchat and sass!
