I'm glad I finally read this, since it's been in my bookshelf and on my TBR for serveral years. I haven't read that many thriller books overall since I usually enjoy more lighthearted media, but it was nice to switch it up and try something different. I became very invested in the story and it felt exciting to get to the end and see how it ended. I think this story is so interesting to disect and discuss, and I definitly understand why it became such a phenomenon after its release.
Graphic: Violence, Blood, and Sexism
Minor: Death, Domestic abuse, Rape, Vomit, Misogyny, Sexual violence, and Murder
