Ox doesn’t fit in well anywhere except at his dad’s old mechanics shop and with the new neighbors, the Bennetts, who just happen to be werewolves. And to his friends, coworkers, his mother, and the Bennetts he’s fiercely loyal and his life is transformed. In the world of werewolves, Ox—a human—is unusual, with a unique relationship with them. This is his story, and how he transforms from a “nobody” to a hero among the werewolves. I do have to warn about explicit lengthy steamy scenes that I ended up skipping. A satisfying read and a first in a series I hope to continue to read.
