Dot Journaling--A Practical Guide: How to Start and Keep the Planner, To-Do List, and Diary That'll Actually Help You Get Your Life Together by Rachel Wilkerson Miller

5.0

I’ve read quite a few bullet and dot journaling since January 2023 (it’s currently May ‘23) and Miller’s take on the dot journal is one of the more engaging and informative ones out there. I originally got her book from the library but then bought my own copy from Amazon so that I could bookmark my favorite spread ideas.
I’m a high-volume dog sitter and use the bullet/dot journal method to keep track of clients, boarding dates, drop-ins, and walks. I also have numerous pages of journal entries, lists, and regular to-do items. Miller provides essential information for getting the dot journal ball rolling and many of her spread/layout ideas are fresh and better than what you can find on Pinterest blogs. Her Intro and The Basics chapters were refreshers of the fundamentals and gave helpful insights into the benefits, ease, and usefulness of dot journaling.
