Malgudi Days was whimsical and a fun read. Each chapter is a different story on its own about the residents of Malgudi. The stories don't really relate to each other but all of the characters are from this imaginary town.
Unfortunately I think almost at the ending, I sort of gave up trying to read it. It was a bit exhausting and some of the stories just didn't make sense until I reread again and again. But, my favorite one has to 'A Shadow'.
