I wanted more scenes like when he walked her to the park grumbling about how the road wasn’t good enough for her. It kept mentioning how fiercely he felt for her etc etc and we saw more of it in the previous book because she was sick. Don’t get me wrong, he still cared for her but I expected him to be more overbearing than he was and it just left me wanting more. I wish we saw them during the pregnancy and not just the epilogue because I think that’s exactly where all that would have happened but it was glossed over quickly to end with a really sweet naming scene. Overall I really really liked the story, but I just wanted a little something more.
