Delivering Happiness: A Path to Profits, Passion, and Purpose by Tony Hsieh
4.0
After reading this book, I've talked a lot about it to other people, which is always a good sign. I like the idea of offering new employees money to leave after training, not as a trick or test, but a genuine desire to have the right people in your company. They idea of culture being so important and building core values into a company that you stick to led to a great conversation with my husband and I about core values for our family - a conversation he's been trying to have for years.
I also really liked the idea of being committed to custom service and seeing the need to move the company to wear their call center would be located. It's totally commitment to their goals and that is impressive. Totally liked this book.
