All the stars in the universe for the little man with golden hair and a merry laugh because I am close to breaking down.
"It is possible" the fox said, "on earth, you see all sorts of things."
"What makes the desert beautiful is that somewhere it hides a well."
I still cannot understand how this book is classified as Children's fiction - the so-called adults need it way more. This is the most beautiful piece of work I have ever read, and I am loathing myself for not having read this earlier. It was Jungkook who recommended this book and made me read it, and lord, I love him lots more now. This book... I don't know. The way to describe this book - it is something among the millions of things I don't know. And, that's beautiful. "Beautiful" is a word which has a lot of meaning, and I do not use it to describe every book I read. But this book... is goddamn beautiful. Beautiful. BEAUTIFUL. I have no words to express how much I cherish the narrator and our little prince, who had stumbled upon many who claimed to know everything, but questioned them all and soon discovered how stupid they all actually were. This book has tons of beautiful sentences and quotes which are unmatched, and yet, it still manages to be so simple. So simple, and so, so, so beautiful. Everything the little prince said - the sheep inside the box, the sunset, everything - he was right, and we were wrong. I can still feel the bits and pieces of my inner-child somewhere down there, but I am already hopeless that it is never going to make its return.
