Today a Woman Went Mad in the Supermarket: Stories by Hilma Wolitzer

reflective medium-paced

2.5

a collection of short stories / vignettes, mostly focusing on the experience of being a woman, the difficulties of motherhood, and marriage. i feel like this was just alright. the writing style is nice and amusing at times. my favorites are the title story and the last story, but to be honest the rest felt too repetitive for me. it's a good collection for sure, just not my taste.
