Bravo Anjali! by Sheetal Sheth
5.0
I really loved Always Anjali and was so excited to discover the new book of the series Bravo, Anjali !. Once again, Anjali shows young readers how it is important to be proud of who they are and follow their dreams.
Anjali is a gifted player of tabla. She is really good at it. Sadly some of her friends are jealous and try to make her feel bad about her talent. Considering to hide her true musical talent for the sake of others, she finally decides to follow her heart and shine.
Anjali is truly an inspiring BIPOC character. She reveals an important message of self esteem, sharing Indian culture in the process. The illustrations are truly beautiful and colorful.
