Wow. The dual timelines really had my head spinning in a good way. It reminded me of the movie Sliding Doors so much. As a human we’re always constantly thinking of the What Ifs in life. In the end life is what you make of it. You choose to be happy or not in whatever situation you find yourself in because of the choices you make. There is really no “right” or “wrong” choice. What will happen will happen.

It’s also beautiful to think that some people are meant to be in your life in some way and they’ll always find a way regardless of how they end up being in your life. Certain things you will be led to regardless of what you choose.

I’m not big into destiny or fate (I believe destiny and fate are what you make through your choices and it’s not pre destined), but the book doesn’t push too hard one way or another. The multiverse theory is fascinating to think about and it oddly comforts me.
