Harrow the Ninth by Tamsyn Muir

I was steadfast in waiting for my Griddle (???Harrow???) to come to me ... I’ll have everyone know the hard work and wait is worth it. 4 stars because I thought there could have been more focus on setting/descriptions (a lot of also mostly telling) and I found myself skimming at times (through all the purposeful confusion.) It made my brain hurt more than once. I hope Muir is a little kinder to us in Alecto the Ninth.

Also I just thought of this but this reads like a D.Gray-Man (Katsura Hoshino) retelling. To anyone that reads manga out there, please read D.Gray-Man because I swear the similarities are so strange.
