Lucinda's Secret by Tony DiTerlizzi, Holly Black

'That map is so old, Mallory,' Simon said. 'What could happen?'
'Famous last words,' Mallory said.

Ha! I feel like the story gets better and better by each book as it unfolds like a map.
I might have to re-rate the first book... Because I'm actually really enjoying this series. The books are short but enjoyable, entertaining and fun. I love the faeries and also (which is not very common) the characters in this story, too.

In this book we also get to see more humour and the relationship between the Grace siblings. I love the sibling's bonding. And I thought the Pookha was interesting!

'We're not beasts,' said Jared defensively.
'What are you then?' asked the creature.
'I'm a boy,' said Jared. 'And, well, that's my sister. A girl.'
'That's no girl,' it said. 'Where's her dress?'
