Unfollow, Vol. 3: Turn It Off by Michael Dowling, Simon Gane, Javier Pulido, Rob Williams

4.0

A time jump that brings us closer to endgame leads to a strong volume that finally examines the philosophical questions beneath the premise, such as the power of the Internet and its master/slave relationship with us. Nothing necessarily new there, but handled well.

To quote one of the characters who will remain unnamed to avoid spoilers, "I offer you a fable for our times...A magic box sits in your pocket with all the knowledge and music and entertainment of the world contained within it. If you opened this box and looked down into it...how could you ever possibly look up again?"
