Just utterly phenomenal. I related to Tanner so hard, both with the bisexuality and feeling out of my depth with religious people who "truly believe in it." There were lines that just hit me and never before have I just wanted to highlight lines and passages of a book.
I also devoured this book, so that always means something good.

AND THEN AT THE END when you realize the whole time that you've actually been reading Tanner's book and the chapter headings switch to show that it's gone form "chapter X" to "who's perspective it is" cause you're out of Tanner's book and into what's "really" happening. Just on that meta level I almost screamed.I also devoured this book, so that always means something good.
