One thing I’m going to say about this one—if the writing hadn’t been border-line mediocre, I would’ve probably rated this near 5 stars. I wish the writing had been exceptional and unforgettable, to at least match the setting and atmosphere and the entire storyline. But it truly fell flat just chapters in. I wasn’t wowed. It isn’t anything spectacular or memorable, honestly.
But I truly loved that ending. It was great!!
