I don't remember who recommended this to me but whoever you are I love you!
Normally I take my time with poetry, but this book was hit after hit after hit. Amazing! Many of these poems I felt so deeply for myself, and made me think of cherished friends who've also had rough histories.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I need a glass of wine, to hug my cat, and call some friends to tell them I love them.
