No Time Like the Future: An Optimist Considers Mortality by Michael J. Fox

This was an interesting read and made me feel less alone with how he had the ability to laugh at himself with his struggles. The story of how he got back into acting and the pride in his kid, working on his foundation, and his love for dog was very endearing. I understood his need for being self aware of his body and surroundings.
There were times that he was a bit too graphic on his medical procedures and injuries because it triggered my own medical ptsd. That being said he had a good tone of voice and was good story teller.
