Apparently these Pride Anthologies are the way I'm filling my yearly DC comic quota. It's a sweet but short collection that introduced me to a ton of characters I'd rarely (and in many cases never) seen before.

My favorite, hands down, was the autobiographical short by and about Kevin Conroy. I'm so completely destroyed (in a good way) and there may or may not have been some tears involved. At a close second comes Connor Hawke's "Think of Me," not in small part because I relate to a lot of the feelings it brings up as an ace person.

Overall, though, I really enjoyed it. I'm a little torn on how I feel about the inclusion of Tim's coming out storyline from the comics - on the one hand I love it, but on the other I wish they'd dedicated some of that space to more queer heroes or longer stories for the ones we got. That and some of the stories fell a little short from what I was hoping to see (and kind of expecting after reading he first anthology). Still. It was nice!

And I'm always a fan of the variant cover collection at the end. I'm looking forward to (hopefully) a third collection next year
