I really liked this book! I loved the mythology, the setting, the characters, I'm not giving it five stars just because it felt a little slow at times. The world was confusing at first and probably all the explaining of the magic system, and the politic aspect of the world was what made it drag a little.
Also, the author did an amazing job at describe the point of view of the two different tribes so much that I could not decide who was in the right (even though I have a soft spot for Ali), at one point I feared an ethical crisis!
I can't wait for the next one to come out.
