A Likely Story by Jenn McKinlay

I'm always sad when I finish a book in this series because I just want to keep going with these characters. Sadly I now have to wait for the next one to be published.
This was a quick and enjoyable read (as always). I loved the scenes that took place at the Rosen's cluttered and booby-trapped house, it was a nice change for Lindsay's investigations. Of course we have the love triangle between Lindsay, Sully and Robbie (which I think is silly....how can she not see she and Sully love each other!!) I'm hoping this will be resolved soon, but am glad it wasn't a HUGE part of this mystery. I definitely didn't see the ending coming exactly the way it happened. There were some complicated family ties in this one and I had to re-read that section to get it right (characters named Stewart and Steven....I kept getting them confused). Briar Creek seems like a really lovely place to live. All my favorite characters were included (except Charlie), but as always I could have used even MORE of them because they are all super charming.
