Cheesy as hell but it was a fun read! Small town girl with big ol football star, grumpy sunshine, forced proximity kind of type of book. He's been hurt before and life has been hard on him yadayada and he doesn't trust anyone, so when he meets our FMC in a small plot twist even tho she is nothing but good and sweet he is throwing an NDA in her face. Like I said there is a forced proximity with a play they're meant to be costars- which not gonna lie felt a little too unrealistic but I was like okay let's pretend it's not- which they work for a while but he butchers the actual show in order for him to declare his love for her and honestly I wouldn't have been okay with that since she really cared about the show, but she somehow didn't really mind that all. A fun read with a few nice steamy scenes.
