Penelope may be my favorite character in this series. She’s so witty. I wasn’t the biggest fan of how Colin’s character seemed to do a 180– he had been such a fun and free character in the prior books, but seemed to be grumpy like his brothers for most of this book. Nonetheless, I still loved this book and seeing them together
