Tropical Tryst is an incredible collection of more than 20 stories, from some very talented authors. The Anthology offers great value for money, as there are so many stories for you to fall in love with and there is bound to be something here for everyone. I enjoyed the collection as a whole, and yes there were some stories that were a little better than others- but the book, overall, was fantastic.
The stories are all romances, but each one is individual, with each story set in a tropical, exotic location. We go from The Caribbean Islands to Australia’s Great barrier Reef, The Amazon to The Bahamas, Hawaii to Brazil…. And more. We meet Doctor’s, CEO’s, Navy Seals, ex-Marines, Security Officer’s Movie Stars, Journalists, A Lord, A billionaire or two, A Yoga Master, A singer….. and so many more.
So, grab yourself a copy, find a comfortable spot and allow these gifted authors to transport you to many varied exotic locations, where they will tantalise, surprise, and delight you with their talents.

This is a short sexy read about a Navy Seal, Trace, on vacation with his team in Hawaii. His team leader’s wife invites her sister, Gretchen, and the sparks fly. Both have felt the sting of betrayal and aren’t ready for a relationship. But the heart wants what the heart wants. The story has a twist that gave it some drama and tension. A lovely romance, with heat, funny moments, suspense and a little action.
Tempting James: (The Hawke Fortune Novella) By: Victoria Pinder
James Clancy is a man of honour and takes his promises seriously. He promised his former marine buddy that he would protect his sister- but when he meets Scarlett Hawke, he discovers that it’s not quite that simple. There is a lot more to the story than meets the eye. These two challenge each other, and the sparks fly. The beautiful, high maintenance, spoiled princess and the hot, tattooed bad boy(or is he), makes for a great read. Great pace. Duel POV. Easy read.
Rider’s Fall (A Vipers MC Novella) By: Lena Bourne
After a shattering betrayal unravels her life, Chloe escapes to Brazil to start over. Now she finds herself running an orphanage. Chloe needs help as flood waters and the local cartel threatens to destroy the orphanage. Rider is on a two-wheeled adventure, exploring as much of the world as he can. Will they be able to save the orphanage? An action-packed, passionate and exciting read. Really enjoyable!
A Miracle in Hawaii By: Fiona Miers
Samara Jenkin’s biological clock is ticking, and she has a condition that means she needs to fast-track her plans for a family. Her plan involves IVF and taking a year off work to follow her baby making dream. She gets a setback which has her taking on a design job in Hawaii. Julian King owns the hotel that Samara will be re-designing. These two have to work together to get the job done. Their working relationship soon gives way to a fling. What happens when the job is over? A very short, sweet, sexy read.
Perfectly Skeptical (Perfectly Series Novella) By: Linda O’Connor
What happens when two doctors find themselves at the same destination. A romantic setting with ocean views, blue skies and palm trees. Will this holiday fling bring them both what they’ve been looking for? This is a cute romantic comedy that is a light-hearted and fun read. Part of a series. Can be read as a standalone.
Alpha Heat By: Mandy Rosco
This story is a great shifter romance, where we meet Xander and Andrea. He is a former movie star and she’s a journalist in dire need of a story. She seeks him out with the hope he has what she needs. They have a history which adds extra tension and drama to the story. This isn’t what I expected and I enjoyed delving into Xander and Andrea’s world. A second chance at love, romance which would make a wonderful full-length novel.
Two Reckless Hearts (A Barrett Ridge Novella) By: Holly Cortelyou
This is an enemies to lover’s romance that has humour, drama and steamy moments. Jami Barrett is attending her sister’s destination wedding in the Caribbean, when who should she see there but her rival in a property deal that has a lot riding on the outcome. She is livid when she sees he’s there and tries to kick him out. Only problem is he’s the grooms brother. So begins this well written and very entertaining read.
Lust Aboard By: Whitley Cox
This is such a wonderful story about Derrick and Piper who meet at the airport on the way to Lima, in Peru. A mix-up leaves them sharing a room at a hostel, and so much more. This story has so much happening in a very short space. So well-conceived and beautifully written. This romantic cross-country adventure has a complex plot with drama, danger, a robbery, drug runners, corrupt officials, intrigue and suspense- all set against the incredibly beautiful backdrop of Peru. I was pulled into their story and couldn’t help but invest in the characters and their exciting and touching tale. This is one of my favourite reads from the collection.
I really recommend this wonderful collection to romance lovers of all kinds!
