An incredible telling of an incredible woman. If you are a horror fan or movie buff, this book is worth the read. Even if you’re not, still read this! Throughout the telling of Milicent’s story, the author shines a light on how problematic the film industry can be, especially for women. I am so happy that people like Mallory O’Meara are taking the time to give credit where credit is deserved. I can’t wait to rewatch this film and watch it with a new found love for Milicent Patrick.
