The Water Dancer by Ta-Nehisi Coates

3.0

This felt like a book in which everyone talks all the time but they don't do much. And yet, I know that a lot happens in the story. Still, it just felt like so much talking, it was very tedious at times. The ending was good, but getting there was a bit of a slog. The book mentions a nonfiction that it was based on, and I think I'd be more interested in just reading that.

Joe Morton is an _excellent_ audiobook reader (and singer!), but hilariously he has no idea how to say Schuylkill.
