Into The Rain by James Everington
4.0
Curiouser and Curiouser! I don't know what else to say.
I read the second entry in this serial novel last night and enjoyed it. Very strange things are happening. Imagine reading a story and then you look up and real life is imitating said story. For instance-in the book it's raining. When you finish reading and look outside-it's raining. Even though before you started reading there was a long running drought. Things like that. Weird, right?
And I didn't even mention the strange ghost that seems to be haunting Fellows, the protagonist. It's clumsy and most of its haunting seems to involve falling down and hurting itself! Weird, right?
And what the hell is this quarantine all about?
There is no category that this story falls neatly into. It seems to raise more questions with each installment, rather than answer them. Since I'm naturally curious, I shall continue with this series today at lunch. I'm weird, right?
Perhaps I will have more answers by then. If not, I'll at least have fun seeing what happens next. I'm sort of hoping the ghost doesn't hurt itself anymore.
