The rating is for me. It’s a sweet book and I don’t usually read sweet. I wasn’t really in the mood for sweet. I would put spice at 1 🌶️. Church and god are also a big ick for me. It wasn’t overbearing just there. There was also a lot of lying that was part of their quirky relationships and it made me uncomfortable. The book was well written and a sweet romance for those looking for that. Don’t let my curmudgeoness ruin that for you.
