Definitely I don’t like how Shantel Tessier writes her FMCs.
It upsets me every time.
I’ve tried with the Ritual. I gave a chance to the sacrifice thinking maybe with Tyson it could be interesting.
But it is simply worst.
Weak, submissive like they are not capable to take care of themselves, wiping and sobbing all the time with an incapacity to stand up for themselves, that’s a big no for me.
TSTL. That’s it.
That’s a shame because I love the stories and the plots in the books of the LORDS series but each time I want to throw and burn my KOBO / phone when the FMC suffer what is inflicted on her and she even doesn’t think about revenge (sometimes they just are a little angry… they just sulk)
Damn girl, burn all the building and escape, he just rapes you 😡
And obviously there is a pregnancy trope to finish me. I loath it especially in DARK romance.
