Miss Julia Speaks Her Mind by Ann B. Ross

funny lighthearted mysterious medium-paced

2.5

This book is okay. It drags on some parts and the characters don’t have much to them. It really bothered me that Miss Julia could be so sharp and speak her mind but also be so stupid on other things. Honestly made the book very hard to get through and rather annoying.

The other odd portion is the book is clearly set in current times but acts like it’s in the 1950s. It’s like the author wanted to set the period for 1950s but then added random modern aspects like cell phones and Tim McGraw.
