This is the fist book by this author I've read and I think this might not have been the best book to start our reading relationship. While this is a newish series it leans heavily on characters from the Demonica series and I would probably had a better experience reading those first.
I did however enjoy the book even without any previous knowledge. I loved the way the heroine stood up to the big bad Ares. I loved his sister's attitude and look forward to reading her story. I never got a handle on his brother Than, but I was saddened that the charming one turned first... My favorite character was Hal the Hellhound!
I will definitely look up the other books in the series as well as the Demonica books.
