I’m obsessed with these two characters so ofc I loved their interactions and origin story, but the POV changes were hell to read, especially when they occurred in the same paragraph or even the same sentence. Not worth completely sacrificing readability to make her metaphorical point, imho. And I’m saying this as someone that’s read Harrow the Ninth.
