This went from 5 stars to 2 pretty quick. Probably the cringest and worst romance i’ve ever read. This felt like a debut novel even though the author wrote books 5 years before this. I did however enjoy the apocalypse plot line… that was the only thing I enjoyed.
It’s like if Beth and a mix of Carl and Eugene got together when they were a few years older, Carl had a heavy southern accent and had previously been married. Then out of nowhere they decide to have a baby. Weird dynamic right???
