The Finest Hours: The True Story of the U.S. Coast Guard's Most Daring Sea Rescue by Michael J. Tougias

3.0

I am basing this review on the "adapted for young readers" version.
I think students will need to create a timeline/chart for this book with all the different boats floating around the Cape Cod waters.
The story is full of nail biting moments, but the writing seemed functional and many characters were kind of superficial.
I am interested to see if the adult version is more satisfying.
