On one hand I understand why people would find this book as trauma dumping but on the other hand it's not unrealistic at all for some people to live their whole; troubled. But even then, there are bouts of happiness, they are surrounded by their parents, lover and friends and for a brief moment, it's enough. Their life encompasses much more than their pain and although you keep on wishing a miracle would take their pain away, you have to understand, them being finding people who loves them dearly, who hold unto them is in itself a miracle unfolding.
