After I Do by Taylor Jenkins Reid
4.0
Slight spoilers ahead!
I have such mixed feelings about this one. On one hand, I couldn't put it down. On the other hand, I was constantly mad at the characters for not being able to communicate. However, if they were able to communicate, their story wouldn't exist, so I get it.
•The emails were precious and made me want to write my own to my husband.
•I was SO mad when he got a girlfriend, but I guess thats what they agreed to
•I love that she figured out who she was, what she wanted, and what she enjoyed
•I don't think they needed to date and sleep with other people, but it did lead to some good revelations for her
•But won't those relationships be an issue down the line? If my husband and I took a break, saw other people, and then got back together, there is no way in hell I would be able to let that go
•I loved this quote because of how relatable is it
Overall, I did enjoy this book and would recommend it to a friend!
