For Colleen Hoover, I don’t think this book is bad at all. Just don’t come expecting something great.
Anyway, I didn’t like any of the characters to be completely honest. None of them have any redeeming qualities. Personally, I like a strong female lead. All of Hoover’s female protagonists are very malleable and depend strongly on the male lead. It’s annoying.
The plot itself was pretty good, actually. I could have done without them fucking each other though. I think maybe her being more unsure of the male lead would have been better (especially considering what he does in the end), but it’s Colleen Hoover so I won’t say anymore.
It’s getting three stars because it’s a Colleen Hoover book. This is definitely a good start AND stop with her books :)
