Lightly: How to Live a Simple, Serene, and Stress-Free Life by Francine Jay

4.0

While enjoyable and easy to read, overall nothing new or ground breaking in the way of simplicity of living.

I liked that the book was not necessarily sequential, you can turn to whichever section you would like to, and was also organized in a sensible manner.
As stated if you've read other minimalist books, or her other book in all likelihood, there's no new information per se.
But she does put a new spin on minimalism by stripping away the stereotype and opening up the possibility of downsizing without the threat of "doing it wrong."

I believe the word "lightly" puts away the pretentious air of minimalism and helps the average person start the process of just having, using, and needing less.
