Love Always, Wild by A.M. Johnson
4.0
Ok. This book completely threw me off kilter. It had everything I hate in a romance; heavy on the pop culture references, miscommunication, slow burn and second chance. AND I FREAKING LOVED IT!!
Wow, when a trope is done well it really does make all the difference. Love Always, Wild is full of heart and sweetness, yes there’s a level of tension and spice, but mostly this book is incredibly romantic and soft, like a warm hug.
“Lord of the Rings is my religion and Aragorn is my Christ.”
“I’m used to wanting things I shouldn’t”
