Laurell K. Hamilton's Anita Blake, Vampire Hunter: Guilty Pleasures vol 1 by Stacie Ritchie, Laurell K. Hamilton, Jessica Ruffner, Brett Booth
4.0
It starts off a little like a Monster Mash, in which for some reason every kind of monster that exists in the world needs to be mentioned or seen. For example, for no good reason there are a bunch of were rats that try to frighten Anita while she is waiting at the vampires' house. They add nothing to the plot.
But once the initial world-building is out of the way, it becomes a fun mystery to be solved, and I'm curious to see what comes next.
